This is a rare and unique opportunity to work for the In House team of a wider and large Group Pensions Department who are committed to managing their Pension arrangements in house for the foreseeable future.

Role opportunity

  • Within this role you will be responsible for managing system and process improvement projects across the Group Pensions Department
  • Leading on all stages of the full project lifecycle
  • This will include working closely with the different teams to help define their existing processes and identify any areas for improvement, delivering on the resulting projects and making recommendations to the senior management team

Role requirements

  • Ideally PRINCE2 or similar qualified
  • Significant experience of systems and process development and implementation, ideally in a pensions environment
  • High level of interpersonal skills enabling strong working relationships to be developed and maintained
