Dove & Hawk are working in partnership with a high end residential Property Management firm in Central London. They are currently in the process of adding a full-time, permanent Portfolio Administrator to the team in order to provide administrative support to the property management and leasing teams. This role would suit someone who has 2+ years experience working within a Lettings Administration or Property Management Assistant role:Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Monitoring lease expiration dates and supports the Leasing Manager with the tenancy renewal process.
  • Ensuring legal compliance such as EPCs, PAT Testing, EICRs and maintain accurate records through company systems
  • Updating utility companies for tenant move in and move out.
  • Deposit registration.
  • Arranging maintenance repairs with tenants and contractors
  • Managing insurance claims.
  • Uploading new properties onto internal and external websites for lettings.
  • Raising Purchase orders.
  • Managing lease terminations:
  • Updating and maintaining contractor registrations
  • Managing all aspects of leasing and property administration and maintaining accurate property database records.

Requirements of the role:

  • At least 2+ years' experience working as a Lettings Administrator/Co-Ordinator or Property Management Assistant.
  • ARLA Qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Passion for Customer Service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good level of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good understanding of how to build and maintain strong working relationships.
