Portfolio Supervisor - West End - 55k + Package
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Portfolio Supervisor to oversee a small portfolio of five buildings located in the prestigious West End
This unique role offers the perfect balance of hands-on and hands-off responsibilities, with the role split 50/50 between technical supervision and strategic management.
You will be managing a dedicated team of three engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of the buildings and their facilities
As the Portfolio Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring daily compliance, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), and providing technical expertise when necessary. Additionally, you will have direct client interaction, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and delivering excellence in asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a portfolio of 5 buildings, ensuring they are operating efficiently and in compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage a team of 3 engineers, providing direction and support in their daily duties.
- Maintain daily compliance with regulations and standards, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
- Provide hands-on technical support as required, offering expertise to resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Oversee operational budgets and ensure cost-effective management of the portfolio.
- Prepare reports on performance, compliance, and issues, ensuring clients are kept informed.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in asset or facilities management, with a solid understanding of technical systems and building operations
- From a technical engineering background with the relevant qualifcations to match
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and support engineers.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage daily compliance, KPIs, and SLAs effectively.
- Client-facing experience, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical guidance.
- Knowledge of building services, health and safety compliance, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and building management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
