I am delighted to be working with a US law firm client that is seeking an experienced Editor/Writer to join their dynamic team in London. This prestigious firm is renowned for advising clients on significant transactions and disputes, crafting and deploying meticulously tailored legal strategies for complex, high-stakes matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation: Write a wide range of marketing collateral, including social media posts, website content, annual reports, blog posts, reports, and speeches.
  2. Internal Communication: Write a range of internal material, including newsletters and firm announcements.
  3. Proofreading: Ensure accuracy, correctness, and adherence to the firm's style across all materials.
  4. Editing: Work with lawyers on edits for client alerts, bylined articles, and other thought leadership.
  5. Project Management: Manage the delivery of projects, generate content, write, edit, and liaise with the Creative Services team.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in journalism or a professional writing environment within professional services. They will possess exceptional writing and editing skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work quickly under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Experience with style guidelines, knowledge of the AP Stylebook, and proficiency in digital content are essential.
