Overview:We are seeking a skilled Legal Content Writer with expertise in corporate, commercial, and employment law. The role involves crafting authoritative yet accessible content for a range of clients, from start-ups to established organizations. You will be responsible for creating blog articles, legal updates, case summaries, and website content that resonate with both legal professionals and general readers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, well-researched articles on technical legal topics for blogs, newsletters, and outreach efforts, ensuring they rank highly on Google for relevant keywords.
  • Legal Proficiency: Gain and maintain a strong understanding of legal matters pertinent to our industry, enabling accurate and efficient content production.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Legal Practice Director and Content Manager to produce impactful and trend-driven content tailored to theor audience.
  • Idea Generation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions for articles, campaigns, and topics.
  • SEO Adherence: Ensure all content follows SEO best practices to support the company's digital marketing goals.

Daily Tasks:You will write on a broad range of legal topics, from general company law, director duties, and corporate fundraising, to mergers and acquisitions. This includes content related to IP, data protection, agreements, T&Cs, tribunals, employee rights, and more. Each day will offer diverse writing opportunities, making this role ideal for someone eager to engage with various legal subjects.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in producing high-quality legal content, with a focus on corporate, commercial, and employment law.
  • Writing Skills: Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to adapt to different styles.
  • Motivation: A highly motivated individual who can meet strict deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with WordPress and SEO best practices is desirable.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative spirit and strong team player.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in law.
