Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is recruiting a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor for a day-time restaurant located in London's Soho district. The restaurant serves a premium Italian Café Menu (no pizza and no pasta).

We are looking for a Chef with previous experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Senior Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef in good-quality kitchens.

This is a hands-on cooking role that will help oversee all aspects of kitchen management including organising rotas, stock ordering, stock management, H&S, training etc. with an option of progressing to a more senior role within a year.

Fluent English is essential.

5 days a week and a share or weekends, shifts are 8 hours each, a mix of early shifts (7 am to 3 pm) and late shifts (finishing between 7 pm and 9 pm).

Immediate start available.

Salary

Basic salary to £35,000 + service charge worth £6,000+ per year.
