Your Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Advocate: Act as the primary point of contact for residents, providing support and clear communication throughout the project.
- Proactive Communication: Deliver timely and accurate information about the external works, schedules, and potential impacts.
- Problem Solver: Address resident queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Relationship Builder: Conduct pre-works visits and build rapport with residents.
- Appointment Coordinator: Schedule and coordinate resident appointments with contractors.
- Vulnerable Resident Support: Provide tailored assistance to residents with specific needs.
- Detailed Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and feedback.
- Collaborative Liaison: Liaise with contractors, site managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Community Engagement: Conduct resident meetings as needed to provide updates and gather feedback.
What You'll Bring:
