Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Advocate: Act as the primary point of contact for residents, providing support and clear communication throughout the project.
  • Proactive Communication: Deliver timely and accurate information about the external works, schedules, and potential impacts.
  • Problem Solver: Address resident queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resident satisfaction.
  • Relationship Builder: Conduct pre-works visits and build rapport with residents.
  • Appointment Coordinator: Schedule and coordinate resident appointments with contractors.
  • Vulnerable Resident Support: Provide tailored assistance to residents with specific needs.
  • Detailed Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborative Liaison: Liaise with contractors, site managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Community Engagement: Conduct resident meetings as needed to provide updates and gather feedback.

What You'll Bring:

  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
