Are you a 1-3PQE Family solicitor who is currently seeking a new opportunity with a passion of Legal aid & Private family law work?

I am representing a Legal 500 firm in their search to find a candidate who is seeking career development.

Areas to cover:
Care Proceedings and PLO matters
Divorce and finances
Private Law Children
Domestic Abuse, Non Molestation / Occupation Orders
General family matters, unmarried couples, cohabitation disputes.

The ideal candidate:
1-3 Years PQE.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Competent and willing to undertake your own advocacy.
Preparing your clients' cases from initial instruction all the way through to conclusion of the case.
Represent your clients at court on hearings.
Be prepared to network and build new business.
Work towards panel accreditation.

What we are seeking:
Someone who will hit the ground
Understand legal aid.
Undertake and generate private paying work.
Ability to build and manage a caseload with supervision
