A Legal500 law firm with several offices located nationally is currently seeking a Head of Personal Injury & Actions Against the Police Solicitor to join their team based in Central London.The firm is seeking a highly skilled and experience PI/Actions Against the Police & Public Authorities candidate that has previous experience of supervising a team. The successful candidate will oversee a team of legal professionals whilst managing a case-load of complex matters relating to clients seeking redress for civil liberties violation, police misconduct.Experience you must have:
  • Supervisory/Managerial Experience – demonstrating leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Knowledge of LAA requirements and LASPO
  • Would consider LAA qualified supervisor who could develop into the role over time
  • Experience in handling actions against the police and related legal matters.
  • Deep understanding of civil liberties, human rights law, and the legal framework governing police conduct and accountability.
  • 3 years + PQE
