The Role
You will be working alongside a Legal 500 ranked team advising on domestic and cross border finance transactions including:
- Leveraged Finance
- Real Estate Finance
- Structured Finance
- Islamic Finance
- Restructuring Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team on all finance transactions including loan terms, security documents and CPs
- Handle all aspects of loan and security terms
- Support junior team members and engage in client marketing initiatives
About you
- You should be a qualified solicitor with between 1 to 5 years of PQE
- You will likely have a broad banking and finance background at a recognised legal practice
- You should possess strong academics
