Exciting opening for a Civil Litigation Solicitor acting entirely from home on behalf of a market leading full-service firm. The position will see you at the forefront in the continued development of the Civil & Commercial Litigation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of Civil Litigation matters, including landlord & tenant, debt recovery and general civil litigation claims
- Handle cases from initiation to settlement/trial
Your Profile:
- Experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor (all PQE levels considered, ideally 3+ years)
- Proven experience in managing diverse Civil Litigation matters
- Ambition to contribute to the department's growth
