- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as supply, distribution, licensing, and services agreements, with an emphasis on technology and innovation.
- Advising clients on IP protection strategies and managing IP portfolios within corporate and commercial transactions.
- Supporting strategic collaborations, including technology transfers, R&D agreements, and partnerships for innovation.
- Managing your own caseload while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Contributing to marketing and business development activities, including presenting on commercial and IP matters.

- At least 2 years' PQE with experience in commercial and IP law.
- Strong drafting, file management, and client relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, with support available from the team when needed.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience managing your own caseload and supervising others.
- Experience or interest in leading business development initiatives.
- Previous experience in supervising and developing junior members of the team.
