  • Handle commercial litigation cases by drafting pleadings, statements of case, and other court documents with minimal supervision.
  • Perform comprehensive legal research and provide in-depth analysis on various legal matters.
  • Assist in pre-trial preparations, including drafting witness statements, preparing bundles, and coordinating with counsel.
  • Advocate for clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships, aiding in client retention and business development
  • Formulate and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand the firm’s litigation practice.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to elevate the firm’s profile.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement business development initiatives
  • Guide and support junior team members, promoting a collaborative team environment.
