Our client, a Top 100 national firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated solicitor with 3-6 years PQE to join their well-established Commercial Litigation Group. This dynamic team handles a broad spectrum of litigation for clients across diverse industries, including media, technology, telecoms, private capital, property, financial advisory and investment, entertainment, and retail.The firm is committed to employee wellbeing, offering achievable billable targets, massages and wellness sessions, flexible working hours, and fantastic social events.In this role, you will handle a broad range of contentious matters, including court cases, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.   • 3-6 years PQE with strong academic credentials.
  • A proven track record of working on a broad range of contentious matters across sectors including media, technology, telecoms, private capital, property, financial advisory and investment, entertainment, and retail.
  • Strong drafting and negotiating abilities are crucial. You should be confident in managing tasks independently under pressure, while also being comfortable working within a team. The ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks and contribute to larger cases is essential.
  • Proactive, confident, and sociable, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
