As a disputes-only practice, the team is frequently trusted by full-service law firms both in London and internationally to advise their clients on contentious matters. With 20 partners, they are one of the largest commercial disputes teams in the City of London. The team is recognised for its ability to advise on complex and high-stakes litigation and international arbitration cases.
The Commercial Litigation team has particular strength in energy, financial institutions, and increasingly blockchain and crypto-related disputes. The team frequently advises on high-value, complex corporate commercial litigation matters, and often receives referrals from leading firms due to their conflict-free nature.
The team is now seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE to join their award-winning practice. The ideal candidate will have previous experience gained at another highly-regarded litigation practice in London. You will also be adept at resolving complex and international disputes for a varied client base.
