The firm is seeking a 1 Year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Property Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to take the next step in their career and work with a leading law firm that offers excellent progression opportunities.
The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with the buying and selling of commercial property, land acquisitions and option agreements, property development, landlord and tenant management, commercial leases, and commercial financing. The role will also include some secure lending work that will be a mixture of commercial and residential property.
You can look forward to joining a busy commercial property department with a firm that is currently in the process of expanding. As a result, there are excellent prospects for career progression and highly competitive salaries are available.
In reward, the company offers a competitive benefits package and a base salary of between £50,000- £55,000 DOE.
