This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious legal professional to play a key role in a growing department that handles a wide range of commercial property matters.Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property law.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaborating with other departments to deliver integrated legal solutions for clients.
Supporting senior solicitors with more complex cases and mentoring junior team members.

The Ideal Candidate:

2-3 years’ PQE in commercial property law.
Strong technical knowledge and experience handling a variety of commercial property matters.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
