They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.The Role:As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, providing expert legal advice and ensuring smooth transactions for our clients. You will work closely with businesses, landlords, and developers, offering strategic guidance on acquisitions, leases, disposals, and development projects.Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance.
  • Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters, development projects, and real estate investments.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
  • Conducting due diligence, including title investigations and property searches.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Keeping up to date with commercial property law and market trends to provide proactive advice.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (5 years’ PQE preferred)
  • Proven experience in commercial property law, with a strong understanding of UK real estate transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to provide strategic legal advice.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently and work under pressure.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
