- Managing a caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance.
- Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters, development projects, and real estate investments.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
- Conducting due diligence, including title investigations and property searches.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.
- Keeping up to date with commercial property law and market trends to provide proactive advice.
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (5 years’ PQE preferred)
- Proven experience in commercial property law, with a strong understanding of UK real estate transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to provide strategic legal advice.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently and work under pressure.
