The Commercial Property Solicitor's Role
As the Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a variety of commercial property matters, including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, and property finance. You will also provide support on corporate transactions and be expected to manage and run cases independently. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will work closely with the team to develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring that the firm continues to deliver exceptional service.

The Commercial Property Solicitor
- Minimum 6+ years' PQE in commercial property law.
- Experience from a reputable City/West End firm or a leading regional firm with an excellent reputation.
- Proven ability to handle sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, and property finance.
- Strong client management skills, with a focus on building and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, demonstrating a collaborative approach.
- A history of generating work and business development skills. A following is desirable but not essential.
- Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and the enthusiasm to develop your own practice.
