Premier Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a well-established law firm in the Wembley area, looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (6+ years PQE) to join their team.

?? Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions?? Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development matters?? Advising clients on landlord & tenant matters and investment transactions?? Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related documents?? Conducting due diligence, including title reviews and property searches?? Advising on secured lending and property finance matters?? Liaising with clients, surveyors, lenders, and other stakeholders?? Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements

? 6+ years PQE in Commercial Property? Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness? Excellent client management and negotiation skills? Ability to handle complex transactions independently? Proven experience in business development and client relationship management
