A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Disputes Lawyer with 5 to 7 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE). This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with a strong background in commercial property disputes to join a dynamic team and work on a broad range of complex matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a full spectrum of commercial real estate disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, dilapidations, and property-related insolvency matters.
  • Advising clients on commercial real estate litigation, including disputes arising from property development and contractual breaches.
  • Managing cases from initial instruction through to resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and providing commercially focused advice to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • A following of clients would be a definite advantage.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-7 years’ PQE in commercial real estate disputes.
  • Proven track record in handling a wide range of commercial property disputes (residential property experience is not relevant for this role).
  • Strong negotiation and litigation skills, with experience in managing cases from start to finish.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A client following would be highly advantageous.
