An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Solicitor to join a prestigious Legal 100 firm's Commercial team in London. The firm is renowned for its work with international and household-name clients, with a wealth of experience across sectors and organisations.Â
The Role:
- You will work on a wide range of commercial and data advisory matters, handling large, complex agreements and managing your own caseload
- You will have the autonomy to run cases with minimal supervision while also engaging with clients directly, building strong relationships, and delivering commercially sound advice
Key Requirements:
- You should have 3-5 years’ PQE, ideally from a City, West End, or leading regional firm
- A Strong background in negotiating, advising on, and drafting commercial contracts
- Experience in data protection is desirable but not essential
- Ability to mentor and supervise junior team members
