- Play a crucial role in driving business development, contributing to both client targeting and growth strategies.
- Support partners and manage key workstreams on a variety of matters, including merger control, foreign direct investment, cartel investigations, behavioural antitrust, vertical supply chain strategy, and industry-specific regulations (GSCOP, economic regulation in water, energy, transport, etc.).
- Collaborate with their competition litigation team on significant, influential cases.
- Take an active role in the team’s client development, fully engaging in business development activities to foster both new and existing client relationships.
- Be an established Competition Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PQE, with solid experience in merger control and behavioural matters both in the UK and internationally.
- Have the ability to apply competition law in commercial contexts, considering broader commercial and legal risks.
