They will also be able to demonstrate an interest in construction & engineering disputes/advisory work, with particular reference to the infrastructure, energy and/or real estate sectors. As part of the role, you will be exposed to both live project advisory work and formal disputes involving adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation and other forms of ADR.
