The Role
- You’ll provide expert legal advice to employers, contractors and construction professionals on building contracts, professional appointments and security documentation
- You’ll assist with the construction aspects of property transactions, development agreements, and lending/security documents, while also supporting business development initiatives within the wider sector
- While the focus of this role is non-contentious, an understanding of disputes and their resolution is highly valued
About You
- 4-6 years’ PQE in construction law
- Strong technical knowledge with a growth mindset
- Ability to deliver clear, client-centred advice
- Experience in team collaboration and project management
- A proactive approach to business development
