Experienced Associate for Legal 500 Ranked Construction Team – Non-Contentious Role

Are you a driven construction law specialist looking for a new opportunity? I am working with a Top 100 London-based law firm as it seeks an associate with 4-6 years’ PQE. This role offers a unique chance to work on high-profile projects, advising a diverse range of clients from entrepreneurs and banks to international investors and cultural institutions. 

The Role

  • You’ll provide expert legal advice to employers, contractors and construction professionals on building contracts, professional appointments and security documentation
  • You’ll assist with the construction aspects of property transactions, development agreements, and lending/security documents, while also supporting business development initiatives within the wider sector
  • While the focus of this role is non-contentious, an understanding of disputes and their resolution is highly valued

About You

  • 4-6 years’ PQE in construction law
  • Strong technical knowledge with a growth mindset
