Our client is currently seeking a talented Construction Solicitor to join their dynamic team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Job Description: They are looking for an experienced Construction Solicitor to manage a variety of construction-related legal matters. The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of construction law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on construction contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and associated documents.
- Represent clients in dispute resolution processes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
- Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of changes in construction law and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to ensure holistic legal support.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of NQ - 2 years of experience in construction law.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC.
- Proven experience in handling construction disputes and litigation.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
