They have extensive experience of the principal standard form contracts including FIDIC, JCT, NEC, RIBA, ACE, IChemE and IEE as well as many forms of bespoke contracts.The firm are now looking to bolster their London practice with the addition of an Associate/Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years PQE in construction disputes gained from a top City or international practice.
