The team handles post-Grenfell fire safety defects and latent defects in construction. The team represents a wide range of clients, including large-scale residential developers, main contractors, and specialist subcontractors, in various dispute resolution processes. The team's lawyers specialise in dispute resolution work involving litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, adjudication and arbitration. This work covers all aspects of construction and asset management. They also clients on all aspects of European procurement law and regularly act for contracting authorities and economic operators in procurement disputes.
The team are now seeking an experienced Contentious Construction Solicitor with at least 4 years' experience to join their offices in London.
