Description
As a Contentious Trusts & Estates PSL you will be responsible for:
- Supporting a team of Contentious Trusts & Estates fee-earners, providing them with technical guidance on a part-time basis.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participating in business development and client relationship management.
- Keeping abreast of legal updates and changes in the professional services industry.
Profile
A successful Contentious Trusts & Estate PSL should have:
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
- A thorough understanding of contentious trusts and estates laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
