My client is a reputable and client-focused law firm, offering a wide range of property law services.  Their supportive and dynamic team is expanding and are seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancer to join their team.Role Overview:As a Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions. You will be responsible for advising clients on all legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a range of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages.
  • Managing client relationships, providing expert legal advice, and keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records.
Key Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with conveyancing experience.
  • Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial property law.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to conveyancing.
