Our client is a well-established firm of solicitor's based in North West London, providing high-quality legal services to a portfolio of high profile clients. We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer / Solicitor to join their team.The ideal candidate will have expertise in residential and commercial conveyancing and be able to manage transactions efficiently from instruction to completion.Key Responsibilities:-Handling all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build properties.-Managing the entire conveyancing process from initial instruction through to post-completion.-Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and transfer deeds.-Conducting title checks, searches, and due diligence.-Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.-Managing SDLT calculations, Land Registry applications, and post-completion matters.-Ensuring compliance with regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements.Candidate Requirements:-Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a strong background in conveyancing.-Minimum 3 years of conveyancing experience in a law firm or conveyancing practice.-Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulations.-Proficiency with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools.-Excellent communication and client management skills.-Experience in handling both residential and commercial conveyancing is preferred.If you are an experienced Conveyancer / Solicitor looking for a new challenge, send your CV to Fame Recruitment today to be considered for this opportunity.Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
