Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their friendly and supportive team.The Role:As a Conveyancer, you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You will liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties to ensure a seamless process, maintaining our firm’s high standards of client service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.
  • Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and managing the exchange and completion process.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
  • Advising clients on legal aspects of property transactions and identifying any potential risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including AML and CQS requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Experience using case management systems.
  • Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or equivalent experience preferred.
