- Handling residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.
- Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and managing the exchange and completion process.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
- Advising clients on legal aspects of property transactions and identifying any potential risks.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including AML and CQS requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Experience using case management systems.
- Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or equivalent experience preferred.
