Conveyancing Solicitor3 - 5 years PQE£45,000 - £65,000Hybrid Crone Corkill is working with a specialist Property law firm who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their vibrant & passionate team in their central London office.You will join a well-established business that is well-known for its expertise across all residential and real estate matters, Wills & Estates, Power of Attorney and Enfranchisement matters.The firm expects the best from its employees but gives their very best back, offering market-leading benefits, bonuses, flexibility, and a collaborative culture with employee well-being placed at the centre. The RoleDue to continued growth,the firm are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join a high preforming team on a permanent hybrid basis.With a diverse caseload across new builds,shared ownership and leaseholds you will hit the ground running with a focus on the below duties:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of 60 to 70 files
  • Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions end to end
  • Providing expert legal advice on complex matters with a client-focused approach
  • Working collaboratively within a supportive team that celebrate each others successes
  • Proactively updating clients on a regular basis
  • Drafting legal documentation for clients in a timely manner
  • Maintaining relationships with external attorneys, lenders and brokers
  • Overseeing support staff and delegating tasks
  • Researching relevant case law
  • Staying abreast with relevant technology and ensuring SRA & GDPR rules are compiled with

About YouYou may have years under your belt and are looking to join a larger dynamic practice or simply want to join a specialised Property practice.

  • Minimum 3 years PQE in an unsupervised position
  • Proven knowledge & expertise in new builds & shared ownership
  • Laser attention to detail & compliance
  • Emotional Intelligence with a passion for supporting clients
  • Team player with the capacity to coach junior staff members
