Residential Property Solicitor London + Hybrid  A highly regarded firm are looking for a dedicated and experienced Residential Property Solicitor/CILEx to join their team. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of residential property matters and will be responsible for managing a busy caseload. On offer is hybrid working and a competitive salary + progression.  Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing them with timely and accurate advice Handle complex and high-value transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents Supervise and mentor junior members of the team Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' experience in Residential Property matters Experience in managing a busy caseload of high net worth clients Strong technical skills and experience in handling complex transactions Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills A team player with a can-do attitude On offer is a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements and a friendly and supportive working environment.
