MFK Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients based in London.

They are looking for a talented Conveyancing Solicitor who will handle a diverse and rewarding caseload of residential and commercial property matters, as well as provide support in wills and probate cases (no previous experience needed in wills and probate), all while delivering exceptional service to the firm’s clients at every stage.

Conveyancing Solicitor - What you’ll be doing:

  • Sales and acquisitions

  • New build properties

  • Re-mortgaging

  • Dealing with both registered and unregistered properties

  • Help to Buy schemes

  • Shared ownership agreements

  • Leasehold matters

  • Coordinating with clients and external professionals

  • Wills and probate matters

Conveyancing Solicitor - What we’re looking for:

  • Solicitors, Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers

  • Strong technical expertise in all areas of conveyancing is required.

  • Capable of managing an independent caseload with limited supervision

  • Excellent communication and client service skills.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and achieve departmental billing goals

  • A strong desire for ongoing professional growth and development.
