A highly regarded international law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (3-5 PQE) to join its established and growing London Corporate team. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value corporate transactions, including M&A (public and private), private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters across a range of industries.The London Corporate team is a key player in the firm's global corporate practice, regularly handling market-leading transactions for both public and private companies. The team is composed of partners and legal directors, offering deep expertise across M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate governance. The firm is consistently ranked among the top 10 UK firms for M&A by deal volume and serves clients across sectors such as financial services, energy, infrastructure, technology, life sciences, and real estate.Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on high-value domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
Handling private equity investments, fundraisings, and IPOs.
Supporting clients on joint ventures, restructurings, and exits.
Providing corporate governance and regulatory advice to boards and senior management.
Engaging in business development and contributing to the team’s continued growth.

Candidate Profile

3-7 years PQE, with experience from a top-tier City or leading regional firm.
Strong technical expertise in M&A, corporate finance, and private equity.
Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and ability to build strong client relationships.
Enthusiastic about business development and growing a corporate practice.
