A highly regarded international law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (3-5 PQE) to join its established and growing London Corporate team. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value corporate transactions, including M&A (public and private), private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters across a range of industries.The London Corporate team is a key player in the firm's global corporate practice, regularly handling market-leading transactions for both public and private companies. The team is composed of partners and legal directors, offering deep expertise across M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate governance. The firm is consistently ranked among the top 10 UK firms for M&A by deal volume and serves clients across sectors such as financial services, energy, infrastructure, technology, life sciences, and real estate.Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on high-value domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
  • Handling private equity investments, fundraisings, and IPOs.
  • Supporting clients on joint ventures, restructurings, and exits.
  • Providing corporate governance and regulatory advice to boards and senior management.
  • Engaging in business development and contributing to the team’s continued growth.
Candidate Profile
  • 3-7 years PQE, with experience from a top-tier City or leading regional firm.
  • Strong technical expertise in M&A, corporate finance, and private equity.
  • Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Enthusiastic about business development and growing a corporate practice.
