This National Legal 100 firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its established and successful team in London.
In this role you will be undertaking a range of corporate work, including:
- M&A
- Corporate finance
- Private equity and venture capital
- Fundraising
- Shareholder and joint venture agreements
- General corporate advisory work

Ideally you will be:
- An experienced Corporate Solicitor
- 3+ PQE
- City, West End, or leading regional firm background
- Used to dealing with M&A and VC as part of your caseload
