- Experienced Criminal Solicitor with a track record of managing independent caseloads
- Strong business acumen, familiarity with modern technology, and creative approaches to client relations
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and developing team members
- Commitment to the Criminal Justice System and a positive outlook for the future of Criminal Law
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with resilience in high-pressure situations
- Competitive salary of £40,000 – £60,000, based on experience
