Your new companyYou will be joining a leading global law firm as they look to invest in their CRM function & plan out their CRM road map for the future. You'll be joining a close-knit, friendly team in a supportive environment with a great manager. The firm are big on investing in training and give people the opportunity to build and develop their careers.Your new roleAs a CRM Executive, you'll be responsible for a broad range of CRM tasks - including helping to manage the CRM inbox, improving the quality & integrity of their data, data processes & more. Your day will be split between 'BAU' work & a range of exciting projects as they look to enhance & improve what they do, including helping to define how CRM will help shape the firm for the future.This is a permanent, full-time role based in Central London with a 2/3 hybrid working arrangement. You'll report into the firm's CRM Manager & work with colleagues across the globe.What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience within a legal firm or professional services is ideal
- Familiarity with InterAction would be really beneficial
- Can demonstrate experience working with a large CRM database
- Enjoys working autonomously & proactively managing workload/completing task
