Dispute Resolution NQ Central London Full-time, Perm Are you a talented Dispute Resolution NQ looking for an exciting new opportunity in the legal sector? My Client is seeking a passionate team player with a flair for property litigation to join their dynamic team. If you are eager to expand your skill set while working on a diverse range of contentious matters, then this role is for you!

  • Engage in a wide range of contentious matters including neighbour disputes, construction disputes, possession and eviction claims, and contractual disputes.
  • Work closely with a senior solicitor, managing your own caseload of files and providing high-level customer service.
  • Utilise your problem-solving skills and analytical approach to deliver the best legal solutions while building your career 
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property litigation or civil litigation with a keen interest in property law.
  • Demonstrated capability in producing court bundles and attending court sessions.
  • Resilience to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to legal solutions.
  • Passion for delivering a high level of customer service and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or other relevant legal qualification.
  • Previous experience in property litigation or civil litigation.
  • Additional relevant legal qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential.
