This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR or Early Careers Assistant looking for a role that will enable them to specialise and focus on supporting the trainee solicitor population. Unlike a graduate recruitment role, this is full 360 HR role supporting the trainees with all of their ER, development and training needs - but more importantly becoming a trusted advisor and subject matter expert as you follow the trainee solicitors and apprentices throughout their early careers. Our client is a mid-sized, well respected law firm based in the City and the role is permanent, available immediately, and working hybrid (3 days in the office).If you love HR but really enjoy being an integral part of people's career paths, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills and build your own successful career pathway with an amazing team.What they are looking for is someone bright and confident who has spent at least 12-18 months within a busy HR team, with at least some experience looking after the trainee solicitor population.This is a newly created role as part of a growing team, so you will have excellent opportunities for growth and development.CIPD qualification desired but not essential.
