What does this Education Associate Solicitor job entail?

Working within a department that undertakes any and all legal work for schools and colleges, your role will revolve around providing a broad range of employment advice to an even broader range of clients, including schools, academies, dioceses, and other educational institutions, as well as HR consultancies within the education sector.

Advice will range from grievances, contracts of employment, recruitment, policies and procedures, and more. You will also have the opportunity to become involved in contentious work. This is the ideal role for someone who seeks a passionate team to embed themselves into, and a client base to match the calibre of their experience.

For this Education Associate Solicitor role, you will ideally have:

  • Around 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (Associate level)
  • Experience with matters relating to Employment and HR within the Education sector
