Our client is a well-established UK headquartered international law firm with offices across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US.

They're renowned for their deep understanding of their clients' markets, and their Employment group is trusted to deliver a responsive and cost-effective service to in-house Lawyers, HR professionals, finance directors, managing directors and individuals throughout the world. They have earned a reputation for providing high quality and practical advice.

Due to client demand, they are now looking for an additional junior (2-3 PQE) Employment Associate to join their integrated and cohesive team in London.

The firm is known for taking care of its Associates' careers and promoting strongly from within (both Partners in the Employment team are "home grown"). Due to ongoing client demand and the current structure of the cohesive and high-quality team, they are now looking to recruit an additional Associate.

To be considered for this position you will have:

  • Excellent academics.
  • Training, and most likely 2-3 years' post-qualification experience gained within the Employment department of a City or international law firm, or a reputed City Employment practice.
  • Proven technical legal skills in supporting corporate transactions.
  • A strong, well-rounded HR advisory background.
  • Enjoyment of direct client contact and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and confident attitude with a high level of initiative.

England & Wales qualification and experience is definitely required for this role.
