- Advise clients on a range of employment and immigration matters, with a particular focus on corporate transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide seamless legal support.
- Play an active role in business development and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
- Are qualified solicitors in England & Wales with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Have experience in employment law, ideally within a City or International law firm, or reputable employment practice.
- Possess strong technical legal skills, particularly in corporate transactions within their core sectors.
- Have a well-rounded HR advisory background and are comfortable providing hands-on, client-facing services.
- Are proactive, commercially minded, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Have a strong commitment to business development and delivering high-quality client service.
