I am looking to speak with Employment Lawyers in London who are seeking an opportunity to work with a leading international law firm with a highly ranked employment group. The Team:The Employment and Immigration team is known for being approachable, commercially savvy, and responsive. They provide expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients, including in-house lawyers, HR professionals, and senior executives. With a reputation for delivering practical and commercially minded advice, the team is trusted across industries and jurisdictions.The Role:
  • Advise clients on a range of employment and immigration matters, with a particular focus on corporate transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide seamless legal support.
  • Play an active role in business development and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
The Candidate:
  • Are qualified solicitors in England & Wales with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Have experience in employment law, ideally within a City or International law firm, or reputable employment practice.
  • Possess strong technical legal skills, particularly in corporate transactions within their core sectors.
  • Have a well-rounded HR advisory background and are comfortable providing hands-on, client-facing services.
  • Are proactive, commercially minded, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Have a strong commitment to business development and delivering high-quality client service.
