Legal Counsel (Employment) - London, hybrid

Your New Role:

A Legal Counsel (Employment) role reporting into the Chief Employment Counsel as part of a global employment law network. Working closely with senior business stakeholders across EMEA, you will support in consequential business-wide projects, new initiatives and broad transactional matters as a trusted advisor. Your role will encompass working on the employment law aspects of M&A related TUPE matters, business restructures, harmonisation of employment terms and compliance investigations, alongside the occasional litigation matter. You will need to be resourceful in understanding and contextualising employment laws in different EMEA jurisdictions.

This is a dynamic role with a broad variety of projects coming your way, which you will collaborate with various business departments on, including Employee Relations, HR, Compliance and Operations. You will be ably supported by senior colleagues and be given leeway to express yourself.

About You:

You will be an E&W qualified Employment Lawyer trained with a respected private practice firm and at least 6 PQE (as a guide only - more senior or junior lawyers with relevant experience will be readily considered). You will have broad exposure to transactional employment law matters and the gravitas to soundly advise senior stakeholders. You must be a team player with strong people skills and the desire to work in a truly global environment. You will need to occasionally work from the London office.
