In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of both Contentious and Non-Contentious employment matters including:

  • Employment contracts & policies
  • Settlement agreements
  • TUPE
  • Employment tribunals
  • Discrimination & unfair dismissal
  • Redundancy & re-structuring

In addition to managing your own caseload, you will be involved in business development with the team and play a key role in the continued growth of the department, including assisting with the recruitment and supervision of junior members of the team.
