Position Overview:

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Employment Solicitor with 3-5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a dynamic team in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting partners with complex Employment cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting 5 partners with a caseload of Employment Tribunal and/or Regulatory cases
  • Supporting the team with County Court/High Court litigation
  • Providing day-to-day legal advice to clients
  • Drafting pleadings, advice letters and legal documents
  • Attending networking and marketing events

Qualifications + Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in employment law.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Have impeccable customer/client service skills
