Highlights of this role:
- Manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal claims, discrimination cases, and TUPE transfers.
- Advise both employers and employees on employment rights, contracts, and workplace policies.
- Contribute to the firm's growth through business development and client relationship-building.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of employment law, including experience handling tribunal claims, redundancies, TUPE, and discrimination cases.
- Possess excellent client care skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and effectively.
- Showcase strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with tribunal experience being advantageous.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Exhibit commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
- A qualified solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in employment law.
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems.
- A flexible, solutions-focused approach, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
