Employment Solicitor Central London Full-time. Perm Competitive Salary My client is an award winning, London based firm seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their well regarded department in their Central London Office. 

Highlights of this role:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal claims, discrimination cases, and TUPE transfers.
  • Advise both employers and employees on employment rights, contracts, and workplace policies.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth through business development and client relationship-building.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of employment law, including experience handling tribunal claims, redundancies, TUPE, and discrimination cases.
  • Possess excellent client care skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and effectively.
  • Showcase strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with tribunal experience being advantageous.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
