Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor seeking a fresh opportunity with an established law firm in the heart of Central London?

About Us:

We are working with a thriving Legal 200 law firm located in Central London, offering a fantastic opportunity to join its growing employment team. 

The Role:

As an Employment Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in the dynamic team, responsible for:

  • Autonomously managing your own files and caseload, with supervision and guidance as needed
  • Drafting and negotiating key documents, including service agreements, settlement agreements and transactional documents
  • Providing pragmatic, risk-based employment advice on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, both domestically and internationally
  • Working with clients across various sectors, including financial services, technology, family offices, private households and sports
  • Supporting and developing junior members of the team and collaborating with other practice areas
  • Advising on issues including, but not limited to, employment contracts, grievances, dismissals, subject access requests, business transfers, disputes in High Court and tribunals, TUPE, redundancy situations and more

About You:

We are searching for a passionate and skilled Employment Associate who possesses the following qualifications and traits:

  • At least 6 years PQE in Employment law, ideally gained within a respected Employment team
  • Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment work
  • Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent academic background and proficiency in IT systems
