Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor Consultant to provide strategic legal guidance and consultancy services. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in employment law whilst maintaining flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide expert legal consultancy on complex employment law matters• Develop comprehensive employment law strategies for diverse client portfolios• Conduct in-depth legal assessments and risk management analyses• Draft and review sophisticated employment contracts and workplace policies• Deliver tailored legal advice to corporate and individual clients• Prepare detailed legal documentation and compliance reports• Advise on workplace discrimination, contractual disputes, and tribunal proceedings• Conduct thorough legal research on emerging employment legislation• Support client negotiations and dispute resolution processes• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records

Essential Qualifications:• Fully qualified Solicitor with current practising certificate• Specialisation in Employment Law• Minimum 5-7 years' post-qualification experience• Extensive knowledge of UK employment legislation• Advanced legal research and analytical skills• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities• Proven track record of successful client representation
